8th Annual Performance Monitoring & Evaluation

WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?

The Ministry clearly identified a limited number of delivery agreements, which should be monitored periodically, and should serve as a basis of engagements between the President and Ministers or groups of the Ministries and MEC’s.

Over the next quarter all government departments are to summit their annual performance plan for 2017.  This includes a strategic plan on how their department aims to improve on their delivery agreements.  Although the Department of Performance Monitoring and Evaluation has provide, and precise methods in which these delivery agreements can be achieved, many department still grapple with the basic implementation of M & E principles.

This conference will look at pertinent topics that influence monitoring and evaluation such as, strategic planning within your department, gearing up your department to become an evaluation driven organisation, highlighting facets pertinent to your Provincial priorities as well as setting realistic Key Performance Indicators to name a few.
